Request and selection
Together we define the trades, number of workers, salary and conditions. We source candidates in Nepal and Bangladesh and run video interviews and practical tests. You choose the workers from the shortlist.

IGM paperwork
We prepare the file for a temporary residence right for work: individual employment contract, proof of accommodation, the candidate's apostilled and translated criminal record. We submit it to the General Inspectorate for Migration.

Visa and arrival
After the IGM decision, the candidate obtains the visa. We arrange flights, meet the workers at Chișinău airport and take them to their accommodation.

Employment and onboarding
We accompany workers when they collect the residence permit and help with workplace orientation and translation. Free replacement in the first 3 months.
Typical timeline: usually 4–8 weeks after candidates are selected. It depends on how quickly the documents are ready (criminal record from the home country, apostille, translation) and on the visa.

How much does it cost to bring a worker from Nepal or Bangladesh?
The cost depends on the trade, the number of workers and the timeline. IGM state fees, the flight and the candidate's documents are paid separately. Call us — we will calculate it for your case.
How long until the worker arrives?
Usually 4–8 weeks after selection. IGM reviews the application for a work residence right, then the candidate gets the visa and we book the flight.
What salary must a foreign worker receive?
Since July 2025, a foreign worker's salary cannot be lower than 50% of the forecast average monthly salary in the economy. For 2026 that average is 17,400 MDL, so the minimum is about 8,700 MDL per month (source). The salary is stated in the individual employment contract.
Who provides accommodation?
The IGM file requires proof of accommodation in Moldova: a property document or a registered lease. Usually the employer provides accommodation. We help find and arrange it.
Who pays for the flight?
This is set in the contract between the employer and the agency. Often the employer covers the ticket, and the contract can provide for reimbursement if the worker leaves early.
What documents does the employer prepare?
An individual employment contract with the monthly salary, proof of accommodation and the residence application. Full list and steps on the IGM permits page. We prepare the file, you sign.
How long is the residence right granted for, and can it be extended?
For an immigrant worker — usually up to 1 year, with the option to extend. The extension application must be filed in advance, before the residence period expires.
What languages do the workers speak?
Many candidates speak basic to intermediate English. Before departure we teach basic workplace vocabulary in Romanian or Russian.
How does the 3-month replacement guarantee work?
If a worker cannot do the job or leaves within 90 days of arrival, we recruit a replacement at no extra charge for agency services.
What happens if a worker leaves early?
The employer must notify the migration authority of the contract termination within 5 working days. In the first 3 months we provide a replacement.
Can I hire seasonal workers for agriculture?
Yes. Seasonal agricultural work has a simplified procedure: the employer files a declaration with IGM within 5 working days of the start of work, and the work can last up to 9 months in any 12-month period (IGM presentation).
Do workers have health insurance?
Yes. Foreigners employed under an individual employment contract have the same rights and obligations regarding compulsory health insurance as Moldovan citizens.
